The waste of an anaesthetic, waste of an operating theatre & A BIG FAT WASTE OF MONEY.
It's not an essential operation.
There's always a danger of ill health from the silicone being damaged/breaking down inside the body, creating more strain on an health service that should B spending their money on far more deserving people.
They need/should 2 B replaced every 3-5 years, starting a whole cycle of MORE WASTE.

Keep it real & respect the human body rather than subjecting yourself 2 unnecessary operations, nasty drugs & regular replacements, 4 a life time.

Not a good idea. Silicone has been proven to be the source of a lot of breast cancer. In addition to that, breast augmentation overall apparently is a bad idea. A woman who conducts mammograms was on Answers a few months ago & reported that OVER HALF of the women that had their breasts "done" tell her that they regret it.
If you're celebrity-wealthy you have the $$ to constantly fix them & maintain them, but if you're average financially, you have over a 50% chance that you'll eventually be unhappy with them.

NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Do not do such a thing!! it'll not only ruin your body and you not be able to breast feed your child in the future!! it'll be a great lost and you would sure regret it!! do not ruin your body as God created us just the way we are suppose to.. and we should appreciate it! with larger breast, you are adding more burden to your back and later you would have back problems.. besides that, you might have complications during and after the surgery, you suffer from rejections, infections, inflammatory.. is it worth it? suffering from silicone rejections might paralyze you and put you on medications for the REST OF YOUR LIFE!! is it worth it? in addition, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.. be confidant in your looks and it'll show through.. remember, everyone is beautiful and there isn't any bench mark for it!

No, if your breasts are small and you'd like to see them get more attention, go without a bra. Small breasts without a bra can be quite a turn-on. Wear a light t-shirt, stand up straight, with confidence, let them poke and they'll look great. There's no reason to go with painful and expensive surgury.

Since it's much cheaper to learn to live with small breasts, and there are so many risks with invasive surgery, it's a no brainer. No sag when you're 50, only morons care about boob size, and so on...

Well............i really want you to avoid that silly thing, just try to love the way you are.Don't opt for that, even if thats the last option left.
You can use different kind of bra's for that,so...keep your mind out of that.

it's expensive, usually has complications, and frequently only temporary. it's far more rewarding and less costly to simply be happy with yourself.
