for blondes i'd say lots of shimmery not sparkly or glittery but shimmery things. And earth tones is all i can say! Earth tones look great with blonde hair! Especially if your hair is blonde with brown natural highlights. Do NOT wear dark colors especially eyeliner! use brown! and don't use it heavily! use brown masacara! I hope this helps ya! :-)

Eyeshadow colors depend more on your skin tone and eye color than hair color.

You should choose eyeshadow shades that are on the opposite side of the color wheel from your eyes (for you, browns and golds). Aside from browns and golds, you might like to try shades of dusky plum, lavender, sandy-pink, deep rosy-pink, copper, purply-cranberry, and khaki green.

For eyeliner, you should try greyish-brown (sable), deep brown, and violet on the top lash line only (lining under your eyes only makes them look smaller). I wouldn't recommend black eyeliner, especially not if your skin is fair, it can look too harsh and unatural.
