I personally think its a big cause of sound pollution as well as a disturbance to others so according to me u should so tell him abt the havoc he is causing n ask him to stop dat. If he continues u can take a severe step n inform d police......

Leave an anonymous note asking him to please not play his music loud after 11 or in future you will have to call the police in order for you to get your sleep.
That way he will know it's bothering others and he will have been warned!

make a present: buy a cheap headphone at walmart or k-mart, walk to his door early in the morning with a cuo of coffee and give him your present. Maybe he think about it.
