Basically, health is the poor man's wealth.
With extreme wealth, you could improve, or at least suppress, the worst kinds of illness. People would still like you because you're rich and hope you leave a little bit of money to them when you croak.
With health, you can function like a normal human being (like most people are), but you'll be working like a horse in order to live in a squallid 2 room flat. No one would even take a look at a penniless serf like you, no matter how rich you are.
Hence, Health>Wealth is just a lie we tell ourselves to feel better.

Wealth and health are equally important. For your info, you miss out one element. The 3 elements of life are "HEALTH", "WEALTH" and "TIME". You need to have these 3 elements, in order to live happily. Leave one out, you can see the different. Agree ?

because those some people think that they can fix up their any health related problem with the wealth they earn.
I am against of this, as we can earn only when we are in good health.

some wealth is needed to support a family.
i try to refrain from hankering after wealth as i know the adverse effects it has on my mental well-being.
now i am single and unattached and no savings except for some knowledge i gained from my previous companies.
and i have depression. it is difficult for me to go after wealth except maybe some form of inexpensive gambling which with some heaven's luck, i gain some temporary help in very small finance.
most people would go after wealth in my opinion for supporting their families, expenditures and investments etc.
it is not wrong to think for the future of ones' families, expenditures and investments etc by going for wealth but one must keep in check every so often to curb the adverse effects of going after wealth.

Think of it this way, wealth can buy health, but health can't get you wealth.
Those who don't have much money don't get as great heath care as those who have a lot of money.
