A little something I surely miss

The sweetest smile...
you came into my life at the right time
and you said "HELLO"
suddenly, my heart throbs fast
I can't deny
If you want to make me feel this way
I want to let you know
How you really make my day
you came along just like a song
like a star that struck my heart
your love is like a river
that peacefully ended...
you give me faith
teach me to survive...
you strengthen my weak soul
until you whisper "GOODBYE"
you leave me all alone
even though you're far away
I think about you everyday
distance apart but your memory is in my..HEART!

To some degree it reminds me of something a teenage girl might write. It is sweet and poetic. However, it has the ring of a pop song. It might be better set to music and performed by a young girl with your memory is in my heart as the chorus.
