I agree with the answer above, maybe he is too large or maybe pregnant etc.. but I also suggest checking out the links I provided because it could be something esle to do with your pelvic organs... and you mentioned your periods were messed up.. it could mean many things.. good and bad... so make sure you do get to your dr to discuss it..

You most likely have cyst down there. I had sharp pains down there, then it turned to a dull ache all the time. I just went to the dr and they told me I had multiple cysts and a ruptured one. It is very very painful. They will have to do a intravaginal ultrasound to diagnose you. I think having that aggravated it even more. But they put me on some meds to clean me out. They said that I have to be on birth control or meds to make me ovulate to get preg. Otherwise they will just continue to grow. Not fun I feel bad for you! Get to the dr asap
One more thing, I only had one period in 6 months. So mine were screwed up also

I would really suggesting seeing an OB/GYN or a Reproductive Endocrinologist. I experienced the same symptoms as you described and was diagnosed with PCOS this year. It may not be that, but you may just want to have a check up anyway. Good luck to you.

Sounds like you just upset you food that is all. But if you are worried and if the problems still persists definetly ask your doctor about it.

i dont think it is your ovaries that are hurting, i think it is your cervix, and it hurts because the head of his penis is jabbing into it while you are on top because either he is large or you have a short vagina. it is nothing to worry about, and is normal, my boyfriend is large and it does the same to me. just try to have sex slower while you are on top, and dont sit down all the way on it.
