Hey eazitiger! You reminded me so much of high school. We thought like you do now and ended up with our very own unique vocabulary which wasn't exactly slang. We'd say things like " We swatch off the lights",... and so many others which am sure you wont understand. But we had to be careful to remember the right words for the English tests! It was so fun.

The English language is losing its strong verbs at an alarming rate, and only rarely adds in a new one (snuck, dove). Those who call strong verbs "irregular" aren't helping any, either. I'm with you!

Still, I have no idea what "clent" means. I'm assuming "skud" is the past tense of "skid".

Wait, is "clent" the past tense of "clean"? Like mean/meant? Damn fake strong! It's an irregular, but with the dental preteritite for all that. You've lost me to your undistinguished cause.

Actually it doesn't sound better. It sounds confusing. Just cause you ain't got no good English don't mean the rest of us don't. Clent? That sounds so stupid. Oh and we can't switch to skud because people might confuse it with SCUD as in the SCUD missle.

you can say whatever you like. the problem is that unless you are talking to yourself then you need to use words and expressions that others understand.

some people wouldn't understand, some could probably guess what you were saying, some could probably guess at what they though your were saying, but we either to thick, too ignorant or poorly let down by your school as you are unable to spell or speak coherently.
