Why do Americans hate the Arabs but Love their OIL very very much?

I don't don't hate groups, a few individuals..

I have a Muslim who works for me.. I love the guy.. I ensure his privacy during Ramadan, with help from his mother, bought him a mat to use to pray with at my store (a restaurant, which poses a few logistical problems for him during Ramadan) I work his breaks around sunset to accommodate him..

I like him because he's honest, true to his own being and trustworthy..

I could care less about his religious beliefs..

who likes the arabs? Name one group outside of Arabia that likes Arabs? What have the Arabs done with their vast oil wealth? Built golf courses and big hotels?

Things the Arabs have given the World- maths (algebra?) and chess?

Arabs have more than enough money to become a developed, modern civilisation yet they refuse to do so. Is it true that an Arab will **** on the floor of a public toilet rather than use the stalls? Because they will not go in an unclean place which another person has used? Ok, good idea if you are in the middle of the desert but a public toilet in an airport? Arabs are stuck in the past, stop paying Pakistanis and people from the Philipines to do all the work and get a life, one in this century not 500 years ago.


Americans hate Arabs no more than anyone else, they are just pretending that you are all terrorists so they can murder you and steal all of your oil - that's capitalism.

Why have the Arabs been so hell bent on killing westerners since 1973? Why do Arabs fill every avenue possible with bullshit propaganda? Why do Arabs think they have the only true religion, and all others are less then human? Why did the Arab Ottoman Turk empire back the Kaiser in World War One, and get into this bind in the first place? Why do Arabs insist that the US was founded by Satanist before the Constitution was ratified, during the early days of confederation? Why do Arabs blame everyone else for their problems, and refuse to address them internally?

My, such a blanket and unsupported statement that Americans hate Arabs? Sounds to me like you hate Americans. Odd, since it is my guess that you are living here in the land of the free and not your Arab homeland. I could be wrong...but what are the odds, right?

I lived in the middle-East for about 2 years...not a long time but enough to appreciate the Arab culture and the Arab people. They were generous, deeply religious, decent people. What is to hate about that? I think you confuse Americans hatred of Arab or Islamic extremist / terrorists that go about detonating car bombs or suicide vests in crowds of innocent civilians, primarily killing other Arabs and Muslims. Why is that I ask you? Do they hate their own people so much or just have a burning desire to murder and die as a martyr to Allah?

As for you objectification that OIL is something to Love by Americans.... Oil is the current fuel of production and primary energy source. Every country requies oil to advance. Perhaps if the USA began pricing it agricultural products; wheat, corn, soy, citrus. Pricing it's dairy products; milk, cheese. Lumber products.... all the same as OPEC has and does. America provides free food to many countries. Do any of the Arab countries provide oil free of charge to countries?

If the USA stopped providing free food to large parts of the world or demanded a direct exchange of food for oil.... If the USA ever did these thing perhaps the Arab world would stop their LOVE of our food? And we haven't even touch on the topic of technology.

And yes, much of the world does feed its self but the USA is the breadbasket of the world. You can't eat oil anymore than we can use milk for fuel.

The west (yes, USA) and the Arab worlds must work together, somehow.

Well, for one, we've become dependent on it, for our cars, our power plants, and our asphalt roads.
Our own big wigs, could drain texas, oklahoma, and Wyoming, and probably Alaska, but for some reason, we want to use those only if there's a war on, and we can't get to yours.
As for hating arabs...gee, there's an open ended question....is there anything arabs have done, that would make us hate you? like flying planes into towers, or beheading civilians, firing missles into Israel? Sending kids in as human bombs, and promise them heaven when they're going to hell?
Hmm, nah, I can't think of anything the arabs have done...oh, lets not forget the Iran hostage crisis, the PLO's hijackings, embargoes, and most of all, the maltreatment of people?
That about covers it.
Oh, and just curious...do you guys know what to do when the fuel cell cars come out? Or the water engine models?
You guys wont' have anything to do with the oil.

Hopefully not all Americans hate all Arabs, but it could be better. Religion has a lot to with it--no religion no hate if you ask me. But more than that, the fact that Arabs have oil and that Americans are drunk on it like a drug makes them hate.

I don't know which Americans you are talking about. I'm very selective in my hatred. I don't hate all Arabs. I don't even hate Hezbollah and Hamas and others of their type.

What I hate is what they are doing. It's the acts of violence I hate.

And I definitly DON'T love Arab oil. I don't love oil at all. I have no desire to have sexual intercourse with oil. Now that is sick!

We are Americans and we don't hate Arabs. It's only the terrorists that have caused problems. I could care less about the oil.

Perhaps if Arabs stopped flying planes into our buildings then Americans would be somewhat more comfortable with them.
