Yep, we have mucho problema in Inglaterra! Don't come here - it's going to piss down with rain on Thursday. We execute foreigners every Friday. Saturday isn't a good day, football hooligans everywhere - so it's not safe. Sunday, isn't good, all the Catholic churches will be packed and you won't get to confessional. Monday is just a crappy day on a global scale. Tuesday is too far in front. No actually Tuesday is today. No don't come to England today. We're closed.....

May not be the biggest problem in England, but thinking everyone should speak English is certainly near the top of the list.
Biggest problem? Not knowing where the UK ends and USA begins. (Principally a government problem).
Hope you understood that.
