Hay fever is an immune response telling you to feed your body fluids and mineral to remove mucous. Most people are so removed from listening to thier bodies cues that it sometimes responds by creating such a fit that it causes allergic responses.
Instead of supressing the immune respone with drugs, consider giving your body it needs.
If I had hay fever, I would drink 6-8 glasses of distilled water with a pinch of unrefined sea salt. Refined salt is depleted of almost all minerals. This will give your body the fluids and minerals to expel toxins and mucous. If you increase your bowel movements and your urine becomes clear then you are in the zone for healing.
The net thing you want to do is stop what plugged up your gut and triggered hay fever. Avoid all dairy. One glass of milk or slice of dairy has hundreds of thousands of mucous cells. Milk is not good food for allergies.
If you use margerine, stop. That stuff is toxic and may be causing your gut to plug up.
If you eat a lot chips and wheat based bread and pasta, this could also trigger an immune response. You may be gluten intollerant. Some people are just not suppose to eat wheat...
You should give your body good gut flora. Drink 3 glasses of strong juice every day with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, a dash of cinnamon, cayenne, and turmeric. This will give your body the proper pH it needs to become balanced again.
Get some cheap pool supply pH strips and test your morning urine stream before you start cleansing and then test your urine stream after a weel of these allergy cures. You should be much more alkaline following these allergy cures.
I have a hunch that stinging nettle tea might help with hay fever as well.
Yah Bless
