There are a lot of books, articles on auto-training with many pieces of advice you can use. However, No 1 is you!!! Just think of what you are doing well, develop that and you will get satisfied with yourself. Also pay attention to how you look. The moment you like your appearance will be the moment you feel confident. Good luck!

find something that is uniquly your own and completely independent from your friends. If you have a large group it's easy to lose who you are in the mix. Be happy with who you are. Celebrate yourself for there is no one else like you.

It isn't how often you fall, it's how often you get back up.
Never call yourself names like dummy or idiot.
Talk to yourself with respect and you will act respectful to others.
It also wouldn't hurt to work on your grammar. Your spelling leaves a lot to be desired. That would have to boost your self esteem.

Look at the mirror and say to the face you SEE in the mirrow.
