Try running a search for the phone number on U.P. West website of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (Ghaziabad circle) (http://www.upw.bsnl.co.in/ghaziabad/). I did that. Search for name of the college did not return any result. So I searched address by typing "SHAPUR BAMHETA" in the box. It returned two results only, both individuals. Mr. Sudhir Bala (Phone no. 2867072) and Mr. Subhash Chandra (Phone No.2112607). Looks like these are the only two guys in the village having a BSNL phone. So unless this college has a phone from a private telecom player, your only option is to phone one of these two guys and ask them if they can help you.
