I don't! And I don't support it either!
Our local press reported both instances of support and of disapproval - maybe about half and half, I'd say?

Perhaps you are not educated enough on American politics to know that the media is generally against the White House administration, especially if it's being run by a Republican.

So in general, there wasn't much support in the media for the case to go to war. However, voting polls suggested that over 65% of Americans originally supported the move to go into Iraq, and probably more than 80% supported the move to go into Afghanistan.

You have to do what's in your nation's best interest sometimes, especially when it involves a threat to your security. You can't always make a decision based on World opinion. You're always going to find someone who disagrees.

Very Few. We are lucky to have a media that is only slightly biased.

Also, I would say that only 40 to 60% of Americans supported Iraq's Invasion. We were misled about Afghanistan and still rallying because of the Sept. 11th attacks.

Better question.......

How many Americans care whether "The World" supported the invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan?

And by "The World" I imagine you mean the handful of vocal European countries with lucrative oil and construction contracts with Iraq (read: Saddam and his buddies). And of course "The World" includes those Arab countries that support the export of terrorism against the west, primarily the USA.

I guess you support the Taliban and it's repressive, wait....change that to barbaric treatment of women. And don't give me the "I don't understand the cultural song and dance" BS spat out when people like you can't explain why it is acceptable to beat and kill women simply because they are....women. Answer that please.

Honestly, We didn't care what the rest of the world thought. We still don't. If we waited to make everyone happy nothing would ever get done.
