It was a teen movie from 1979. Matt Dillon was one of the main characters. It was about a pre-planned community that ignored the teenagers and a cop that constantly hasseled them. It ends in anarchy with the kids taking over the school. Anybody know where I could find a copy?

I've heard of it, but I've never seen it. You could try any place that sells movies...like Tower Records, Amazon or Columbia House Music CLub. If no luck, try Ebay...I'll bet they'd have it.
