Boaz you're very ancient... however he approcciated me but I rejected his avances for all the cruise because in my mind I can't accepted he was arabian and now Ive got the biggest remorse

what you can do is, contact the people who organized your cruise,, they keep a rocord of the cruise people,,, i guess that might help you.but i don't think an emarati has name "Ceez" like the other member mentioned, he must be an expat staying here.

The people from Dubai, Sarajah and Abu Dhabi are very warm, a bit more Westernized and friendly. However their culture is much different from ours in the West. They are not flattered by women approaching them. If he wanted to communicate with you, he would have given you his cell number because no-one in the Arab Emirates, not even a porter lives without at least two cell phones. Additionally, the families over there are very close and most marriage are arranged through close family and business clans, by strict cultural decree. since those decrees are rooted in their religious beliefs, the odds are not in your favour. If you are Arabic and you are perceived to be culturally saturated, that is even worse.

as 2 people mentioned before we do not have that name I'm emirate from Dubai and i would know are you sure he told you Ceez or maybe you got it wrong, also most emirate's don't like to take a cruise, but same of them do in there honeymoon. contact the travail agent and get his name if you cant get his number from them i maybe or any one live in Dubai can help you..
