I have missed a period, about 7 weeks late now. Done 2 home tests both neg then still no period, went to the docs and done urine test, neg but they wanted to re-test as there was some hormone there but not enough for a positive. Done a re-test and it came back the same. Gave 2 blood samples, first results back showing horomone but again not enough for a positive result.
I don't know whats going on!

you are probably suffering from some hormone imbalance still, i had a miscarriage at 22 and about three months later i started getting really heavy periods and PMT now it is all back to normal again, it is just a hormone imbalance, it will take your body a while to get back into it's routine, try taking some starflower oil or evening primrose oil

you could be anaemic and thats why your periods have stopped..take a look at your diet
It is also possible to have a false negative test, sometimes it will not show for another month, esp as your hormones are all over the place following the birth of your baby.
Stress can also be a factor
try forgetting about it for now
if you miss next month then return to your doctor.
I thought I was pregnant once as i was 3 weeks late and so stopped taking my pill, then had a negative pregnancy test ~ but then the next month i was pregnant because i stopped taking my pill !!!!
so my advise is don't stop the contraception unless you want to get pregnant and try relax

How weird! I cannot tell you whats going on, maybe you should go back to the doctors and demand for them to give you reasons, just a thought but I know some people get their menopause really early in life and I think that you would show hormone for this? You should ask, Good luck!

Maybe you should wait a few days and take another blood test..I don't think you pregnant, i have a friend who is 7 weeks and when she did the blood test and urine test it showed up right away.

There are loads of reasons why a woman can miss a period or her periods stop. Please go back to the doctor and get them to investigate further. It may be a simple hormone imbalance.

If you aren't pregnant, then are you very thin? If you starve yourself this can affect your periods. Keep going back to the doctor, eat well, and take care not to get too stressed. Hope you are well soon.

You're probably not pregnant then. It's not uncommon to miss your period one month. I'm sure you will have one shortly. Take care.
