The water cure is what could truly make a difference. Drink 6-8 glasses of distilled water with a dash of unrefined sea salt every day. It sounds simple but this could fix your cramps quickly.

I would also begin taking a tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar with a spoonful of local honey in a tall glass of carrot juice with a pinch of cinnamon every day.

try could be that your salt intake is too low or you may need to drink more water , also try quinine tablets if all these fail then see doc , as it could be due to a more serious complaint .

Try garlic. It helps thin the blood. You'll stink, but who cares... no one would wanna be around you this time of month anyway. xD

Also, heating pads work WONDERS for me. They are my god. Try one.
