The answer of course could only be speculation (especially heaven, which most Christian religions would say would have been zero until the death of Jesus, after all, that was His purpose here.) However; in regard to earth's population some scientists estimate that about 14% of every person ever born is living today.

No it was not zero in heaven, the numbers in hell might equal the numbers of tombs/graves and number on earth was already known to many living that period.
