how much time does cingular wireless takes to ship what i ordered?

i ordered to cell fones on july 28 and haven't gotem. i checked the status, it says in progress.

Depending on which shipping company and the shipping options you chose, it could be anywhere from 3 to 10 business days. Maybe longer if they didn't have any in stock at the time you placed your order. It also depends on what time of the day you placed your order. It's better to order stuff online at the BEGINNING of the day [early morning] and at the beginning of the week as well. You mentioned that you placed an order on July 28, that was Friday. Friday isn't a good day to buy stuff online if you don't have the patience. Because depending on what time you ordered there is a good chance your order won't get processed until the NEXT business day - which would be Monday. Not many of the MAJOR online stores or shippers process orders and shipments on Saturday unless you pay for OVERNIGHT delivery.

Your phone should arrive by the end of the week if they had it in stock. If not, you should give them a call by Friday.

I don't know if it is my service or my phone, but I really do not really like Cingular all together. I mean, I may just be getting horrible service because I have cheap phones, but living in Northern California, I have found nothing too great with Cingular. I think the ad about them having the least dropped calls is CRAP, but then again, I have never had any other service. Good luck with you answers
