The United States is so quickly to call someone or some group a terrorist becuase there is no other justification for it. Since the aftermath of September 11, 2001 the United States has grown stronger, but it also revealed its weakness. As the governement tries to "protect" its citizens with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, we are only showing our weakness and showing that we cannot even trust our own citizens.
Try to describe what an American looks like, it is nearly impossible if that. How an American should act is something different in every American's mind. They fight and scream for their freedom, when they know nothing of freedom. Freedom is a two way street. You have the right to freedom of speech, print, actions, etc. This also means someone else has the right to slander the U.S. government, burn the American Flag, and print out things about the U.S. without harsh penalties.
Terrorism is simply a scape goat that the media puts on another person or group because nothing else can be said about it. The citizens of the United States do not know better, and just follow what the media has to say.
U.S. has done things in its past that goes against what they stood for then and what they stand for now. They did what they had to to stay ahead, and keep it that way. Take a look around the American government, do you notice a pattern? Why do you think slavery was legal, because the Whites needed to be in power, and to keep it that way. Same reason for the "One drop rule." Everything has been about protecting the White man, and for no one else to get on top. Sure there have been great strides taken, but still everything is controlled by the White man. All you have to do is take a look around. Even the most average American can see that by looking at the television, there is a pattern in everything you watch on television. Just take a look around, we are a product of what we are fighting against!

Terrorist is just a label we use to inflame passion against the enenmy of the moment. Obviously most dissent and opposition is neither violent or unjustified, but when attached to a label such as terrorist, or liberal, or communist, or neo-con then that view can then be classified and "understood" by those who don't bother to think for themselves. For example, one of the most popular radio "talk" show has listeners who are proud of their blind acceptance of whatever the host might say and identify themselves as "ditto-heads". Why bother to think or learn when someone else has done that for you. Be a good little soldier and do what I tell you. This method of formulating and controling the public's thinking has been utilized by nearly every government, or would be government, throughout history.

According to George W. Bush and company, anyone who disagrees with the United States government's rather warped view of the world is a terrorist or a terrorist sympathizer. If you are an American citizen and you disagree with your government, you are considered un-American (a polite way of calling you a traitor). What the conservatives don't want you to know is who the real terrorists are, and that one of the biggest terrorists of all resides on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, DC.

It is because the owrld agrees with the powerful buddy!!!
US supports pakistan when it is well established that Pakistan promotes terrorism. it asks India for 'concrete evidence' when it itself didnt have any evidence about 'weapons of mass destruction' in Iraq....
US uses 'terrorism' just as an excuse for fulfilling its selfish purposes. it attacked Iraq not because it cared for the iraqi's nor to save them from saddam nor to destroy the WMD's but for oil....it does the same everytime......
many people are against US but there are equal number who support it....support it cos it is powerful.......the world fawns at the feet of powerful.....not bcos it is 'US'. if african countries were as powerful then the people would have been supporting them even if they were wrong.
