I just LOVED "Ice age" and "Finding Nemo", but I think those are not children's movies.
Out of the older classics I liked "Beauty and the beast", "Little mermaid", but I think that "Lion king" is the best cartoor, although it has some stupid music.

My 6 year old is digging Labyrinth these days. Not that I mind, watching David Bowie all day certainly doesn't bother me!
