1- .first you should to understand your self , what do u want. what is your goals. what do u like , what is your dreams >>>etc
2- read a lot .. especially the books which talk about improve the skills and personality .
3-try to learn and to do something special but u should to like it
4- have a new friends, meet new people , talk with them discover how peole are thinking .
5- go for new places , travel alone if u can .
6- do any kind of sport , it is really improve your body, your mind even your personality.
and of course be near of god and ask him to give you the power, trust and the ability to change your self .

Resolve to spell and pronounce your words clearly and correctly is a good start. Be sensitive to others' needs and be a good listener. Good eye contact, good body language and be kept informed about current affairs. Have a good sense of humor. Enjoy the company of others and learn to like yourself.
