well, to be honest i think it in a different way, virginity is not meant to be for the intercourse only, it has other spiritual meanings too, in your case i don't consider you as a virgin, and also i think no need to torture yourself to still be called virgin, why does it matter to u anyway. but if that will make you feel better, so physically u r still virgin if this is the only meaning u care for.

yes, you are still a virgin, but if you want to remain that way then Id cool it on the "heavy petting" because eventually you will go to the point of no return , and unless you are ready to to that and deal with any consiquences it may bring then I would suggest you maybe stick to less physical activities..
I encourage you to stay a virgin until you are absolutely ready to give that to someone very special.. once its gone.. its gone and you'll never have that to give anyone else.. I waited until I was 23 and then got married when I was 24, he wasnt the right one, and then I gave my self to others after my divorce thinking that it was ok, because I loved the guys I dated, but then I met the love of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and he is better then anyone I have ever met and I love him with all of my heart , and he was a virgin when we met. He gave me that special gift of his virginity and the thing I wish most is that I had it to give back to him! sooo.. I think it's called deep petting. Sex involves penetration. So if haven't been penetrated you can count yourself as a virgin, if it makes you feel any better.

dear we cannot consider this as sex becoz each one having this dillemma in theire early age but its natural thing we can say this is erotics and we r just fulfilling that nothing else keep it up 61--62 and so on
