3 + (3/2)=9/2 3 X (3/2)=9/2
4 + (4/3)=16/3 4 X (4/3)=16/3

general rule:
x & x/(x-1) sum = x+{x/(x-1)} product = x+{x/(x-1)}

Since repetition is not possible, start with x and y:

x + y = xy

Note that neither number can be "1":

x + 1 = x*1
1 = 0

So try "y = 7"
x + 7 = x*7
7 = 6x

x = (7/6) and y = 7
