First, you have to know what the dream was about. Second, your sister might be not the only one having that name.

The majority of dreams do not relate to any of our actual thoughts; so try not to freak out. You could ask if he remembers the dream, but try to not make it an issue

Did he dream that he was Satan?

Ok, just kidding there, lol. ;)

Just ask him if he remembers his dream but don't be surprised if he doesn't. Many people don't. And I wouldn't hold it against him or be suspicious of him. It was just a dream afterall and it's highly doubtful it's anything to worry about.

Either he was having a sexual fantasy depending on how he was calling her name or may be an actual affair.

assuming that your sister is of a certain age to have to become a concern to you, maybe there will be nothing to this, but ask him, and if he can't recall the dream, and tell you about it...he is probably lying to you. then you must be concerned.

You don't have to worry its just a dream. It's not your husband's fault because he can't control his dreams.

Come to him? What makes you think that's sexual? Maybe he was saving her or who knows. Ask him, maybe he'll remember what he was dreaming about.
