I know that it is possible for that to happen. A fetus can pass away in the womb and other things like that, but you should not concern yourself with that, like the person above me said. You should ask a registered nurse or your doctor and if you don't have one then you should go to a clinic and ask the doctor there, but unless it is a true doctor or someone who has went through it before, we would only be guessing, good luck and Be Blessed!

yes I guess it can I think it is very much like a dozen eggs you buy in a store and you put them in the car and your driving home do you know if they are going to be ok getting from the store to home? I am thinking rough ride for the eggs rough hit or fall for the baby.
raises question? then there are birth defects that the baby in the womb could devolope on it's own unannounced to you.
have normal check ups to make sure nothing is going terribly wrong

yes before 12 weeks a foetus can die in the womb and you not actually know and still not miscarry.
wat causes this could be poor positioning of the foetus which causes suffocation, smokin and excessive drinking of the expectant mother, sometimes also accidents like falling down could cause this too.

Ask a doctor - he or she will know the answer for sure. We would all just be guessing.
