Does this happen often or did it happen only once? Is your sister around you both a lot? If it is a one time deal, I would not be worried. It was probably just a dream. If this has happened before, then I would keep a close eye on my hubby and my sis. If there isn't anything there, I would let it go. If there is an underlying reason, it will come out at other times and in other ways.

Dont jump in to conclusions and pose these questions!!! Is it a taboo to tell someone else' name while dreaming? How did you know that it is your sister's? Can there not be another lady with your sister's name??
C'mmn, be sensible!!!

Depends on why he is yelling out her name. Is he dreaming that he is sleeping with her or is he dreaming that he is fighting with her?

mm, it's a dream. it will be difficult if people should be responsible for their dreamings.as long as he doesnt do anything bad when he's awake, it's better not to create prejudice about him. it may endanger ur marriage.
