it is still not fair on the other person in the marriage, wheather it is moral or not and sex is protected or not, the other person is being cheated.
It does not have anything to do if the person is travelling or in his/her town. A person (especially a married one) should be able to control his/her urges when away from his/her partner and when he is back they can both benefit and satisfy themselves. If the person needs a prostitute just because he/she is travelling, doesn't the other person needs to satisfy himself/herself while he/she is home alone?
