i have most of my general pre-req's out of the way...thanks!

1. An undergraduate degree - about 4 years (can major in anything, just as long as you take the science courses such as bio, chem, physics, anatomy, medical term, statistics, etc. although many schools do offer a pre-physical therapy undergrad degree
2. A doctorate degree - 3/4years (the field is currently switching their requirements from a masters to a doctoral degree. It will go into effect during the upcoming years for many universities.)

- or, you could get a 2 year associates degree and become a physical therapy assistant

2-3 years post bachelors depending on the school. I would strongly suggest you either go work for or volunteer with a physical therapist. Schools wont even look at you if you dont have a significant number of hours of experience

Not that many you need a bachelors degree for sure, and a masters in physical therapy, along with that do an internship and you will be able to get a job easily after graduation
