the advantages are too fast, accurate, and less expensive...
the disadvantages are security and sites...
the implication of that, will be to make individual be part of eCommerce through their hands...

mobile commerce. advantages are the portability and accessibility of handsets vs. ecommerce (needing to be at a computer). Disadvantage is that the interfaces are tenuous, and the networks aren't as fast to deliver blazing shopping experiences.
