or if you only have a hand gun keep shooting in the knee till they fall over (or go onto knee so you can kick them) then shoo tin the head or stab like mad

Depending on where you're at, you may not even *have* to kill the chainsaw people--but I'd recommend it (when you can) for the monetary rewards if not for the pure satisfaction of zapping one tough baddie.

Liberally apply shotgun shells to the head of the chainsaw maniac--don't miss an opportunity to blast them while they're down. Don't worry, it's not cowardly--just efficient. Do your best to keep them in front of you and avoid turning your back. You may also find it useful to "bottle neck" them--that is, use the environment to force the chainsaw maniac into a small area to make it easier to manipulate them. For example, use the buildings in the Pueblo to keep the first chainsaw maniac in a tight spot. They're not very bright and chase you without regard for strategy--stay at one end of an alleyway between buildings and keep the maniac at the other. This way, any Ganados chasing you will probably fall into a similar pattern and the strategic use of the shotgun will keep them on the ground.

Shotgun em down, then blast em in the head a few times. If you can snipe em in the forehead, usually takes only one more in the noggin when they are knocked down to do the trick. Make sure you upgrade your stuff so its at its max. Max shotgun is Godly *pees self*
