I would not go so far as to call it love, however, before true maturity many adolescents show that they are interested in someone by teasing. It is too immature of an emotion to call it love. If you think a girl is interested in you and you like them approach. Remember though you do not have to like someone just because they like you. If the teasing is bothering you, the direct approach of asking them to stop in a calm voice often works.
