Impression management- This is a jargon that i use to impress anybody, this basically means that the perceptions of others are different than what you are, this helps you in job, career,relationships etc. knowledge helps in impression management.for e.g. if you are a software programmer then you can use jargons in front of your boss and your clients just to impress them.
