just a regular skin and its more of probably something a health fanatic made up about washing your hands EVERY time you use the restroom...because sometimes when i go into places like public restrooms all i do is just simply touch my penis n all n i dont flush cause i know thats dirty as hell...so if your only just touching your penis is it THAT necessary?

No, it isn't necessary. But, your penis is usually confined within your underwear and throughout the day all kinds of things may build up. That area can attract bacteria. That is why you should wash your hands because of germs and bacteria. And don't justb rinse your two fingers and run. Actually use soap and really wash. You you don't just do that for others. Invariably during the day you touch your face, mouth and so on. You are the one that will be healthier if you wash with soap.

Your penis is covered in bacteria and needs to be kept as clean as possible. Wash it every day with soap and water. You should use an antibacterial penis health creme too for extra protection. I use one called Man1 Man Oil and it keeps things in excellent shape down there. You should check it out. And definitely wash your hands after going to the bathroom. Hope this helps.

If you wash your privates daily in a shower or bath and wash yoiur hands on a regular basis then the bacteria will be at a minimum. However, whenever you use the toilet to urinate or defecate you should wash your hands aftward. Bacteria grow rapidly and in the moist area of the groin they really grow fast. Also, a drop or two of urine etc. only adds bacteria to the site. It is good health pratice to wash your hands after handling your penis or wiping your behind.

Whether that's true or not, you should ALWAYS wash your hands after using the restroom so that you won't spread germs around. It's just the right thing to do. Imagine using the restroom, not washing your hands, and then eating. You're basically eating....well, you get my drift! So please.....wash your hands!
