why are there so many creepy people on this site..it really scares me..thers these really weird people, that just freak me out..i wish people wud take this site seriously and not just have a bunch of 40 yr old dudes on this site trying to lure victims..i think its rong..let me kno wut u think

i come on here mostly to help girls with relationship problems.

i come on here to open up to the world.

and hope not to be bothered by immature people.

i mean come on now.

i am 15 years of age, and i can even give better advice than any of these "creepy 40 year old dudes."

I've got deaf parents, I have much more responibility than most 15 years olds and it just sickens me to see how rude people are on here, and all the lifeless people who make up dumb questions to be funny and what not.

You need to understand Sturgeon's Law.

Many years ago, science fiction writer Theodore Sturgeon was asked, "Why is 90% of all science fiction such BS?" "Because," answered Mr. Sturgeon, "90% of everything is BS." This became known as Sturgeon's Law.

In the late 1970's, I met Mr. Sturgeon at a science fiction convention in San Francisco. I asked him if he didn't think that 90% was too conservative an estimate, and he allowed as how 95% was probably more realistic.

Lately I've been saying 99%.

So actually, by the standards of Sturgeon's Law, this site is doing pretty well! We have the Community Guidelines, and people who are really out of line are generally kicked out, although it may take awhile sometimes. But we are really rather fortunate to have this communications opportunity, and we need to protect it. So, as one friend put it, report abuse and move on.

I've been wondering the same thing myself...I ask honest questions that I am really interested in getting answers to and 9 times out of 10 if a guy answers its usually with a 'pick-up' line....can't we all just be a little more serious on here?

Im a gurl I swear on the bible. but it scares me because they can find out where you live and stuff, so if any stupid creeps are on here u need 2 get off now, what is so wrong with being good to people? we dont even know these creeps and they still want to do bad things to people. trust me girls dont like it and god WILL pay all of them creeps back for all of the people they have hurt!

Sweetie, unfortunately, that's the world we live in. It's not just this site or the internet. Its all over the world, in person or on the net. You can't get away from it because there's always going to be one around........it's sick, and i dont understand people with that sort of mind...but it aint just the net, believe that.

oh my goodness I totally agree I mean we are sitting here expressing ourselfs and asking question that we really do need advice on and freaky old men get on here and make nasty question. I mean I just wish they would grow up I mean really! They should use what they know to help us threw our problems since maybe they had the same promblems we did but I guess they are just dumber then a stick! but I tottaly agree on what you are saying! right on..<3

they heard yahoo was the new myspace, crawling with innocent teens! lol yea, i think it's stupid.....some kids give out their addresses to "kids" who might really be 40 yr old guys who still live with their moms...just be safe!
