Don't know website but cryogenics is using extreme cold to alter matter...i.e. converting nitrogen to a liquid is a simple example. But materials change very much..for example a piece of lead can be subjected to extreme cold and when struck will ring like a bell....a lettuce leaf could be used to pound a nail...etc. The main research is in using cryogenics for storing electricity and improving conductivity. Some people use cryogenics for storing bodies...such as Walt Disney...for possible revival at sometime in the future.
