Yes you can. It does not promote infections any more than sex while not on your period. Its is not dry and doesn't hurt. You will be a little more sensitive than normal but you will probably orgasm better and that will relieve cramps. Its messy so use a towel or do it in the shower. A real man will not get grossed out. like I tell my husband the wetter the better and since I'm already half way there lets bring momma home. Besides you can go for a second round when you are in the shower cleaning up.

Its not recommended medically. You can easily get infections that way, the whole thing is quite messy and you can pass on some infections to your lover too. Best to stay away till you're done with it. Besides, sex can really hurt and feel dry during your periods.

alot of women have sex during their periods. For some women it helps with the pain of cramps. I think that you must be comfortable with it, and the guy too. I am married so for both of us it is OK.
Just make sure that you clean very well afterward.

Yes, but it is kinda gross, so make sure your guy has on a condom! Lay down on an old blanket or towel, just in case your "bodily fluids" leak. Once you're doing it, you won't even think about being on your cycle...UNTIL it's over! Yuck!! Then you gotta get a lotta wipes/paper towels to clean up yourself. It's messy, but it can still be enjoyable! ;)

very disguting .i swear by god it is so so so so bad to do this while your are off.belive me i asure you that is not good for your health you may be get very bad infection disease by that.
