No! In order for his wife to be a widow the man must be dead therefore he won't be marrying anyone!

No, he can't. The man is dead if he has a widow. Therefore, he can't marry his widow's half-sister.

yes they are not blood related. I think it would do you both good what you both have gone through losing your wife/sister it will either make you or break you if you do marry her good luck with that.
