I know my IQ but I never talk about it to others and see no reason why I should. IQ doesn't tell us anything about who we really are and I strongly believe that everybody of us has a special talent that makes us unique and special and this doesn't nessarily have anything to do with IQ. I take people for who they are and I do not care how high their IQ is.

Ones IQ is a personal matter just as ones wealth is a personal matter. Some people are more comfortable revealing either than others, while some who are high in either or both are apt to brag. An individual's approximate intelligence and wealth will usually become apparent as one observes the logic in the individual's conversation and his/her attitude regarding money.

I'm a genius. Give or take 30 points. That is the margin of error from one IQ test to the next. So either I'm a super genius or I'm an average mediocre guy, I guess it depends on my mood of the day.

I took a test when I was thirteen (right after my family imigrated to canada from switzerland) and when I couldn't really speak english yet. They skipped me a grade immediately but didn't tell me my score. I took the test on tickle.com (which I don't know if it is accurate or anything) and I scored 167. I don't really tell people.. I know I'm above average intelligence wise, and I don't know if I really trust that score. Plus I was distracted while taking the test, I was feeding my toddler and wiping his runny nose the entire time :)

Yes, I do. I scored remarkably highly, apparently. However, while I do occasionally let people know what the actual score is, I try not to let it slip in polite conversation.
I prefer to let others do the talking. Much better that way, and it saves you from looking like a braggart.

99.9 % of the people lie, why i don't know
if everyone was the genius they claim to be we would be living in paradise...
if there was a test that test the ability to lie allot of people would score off the charts
"oh well if you cant beat em join em" i scored 245.

I do know, and I do keep it private although I would tell someone who asked (except not my students).

Some things to keep in mind:
People who join clubs like Mensa are ego-strokers.
People who have to brag about their I.Q. are lacking in one regard or other.
I.Q. tests are generally valid to ±5 points, so keep that in mind when reading the results.
