Actually, it has been proven that smoking is LEAST injurious when you have ONE cigarette in the moments before being shot by a firing squad. The smoke does not really have a chance to hurt your lungs and your cause of death TENDS to be completely unrelated to the smoking.

i would say rolling tobacco is a bit healthier than tailor made cigarettes cause there isn't so many added chemicals in the tobacco.
