it's written in japanese katakana. It could read se-n-chi-me-n-ta-ru.
Could be "sentimental", but it's difficult to tell from the way it's written here.
... Just did a little bit of digging, looks like Ken has an album called SENTIMENTALovers.

Pronounce in English, should be "San Chi Nen Da Re"
Don't know what's the meaning but 100% sure this is directly an English phrase in Japanese writing.
