You can either wear boy shorts underwear, a thong, or pantyhose to hide the underwear lines. You best bet is a thong, but if you're not comfortable either pantyhose or boy shorts underwear will not show any lines.

try thong or brazilian string underwear ... or looser, flexible material pants. darker pants colors also hide lines much better than lighter ...
