I can just see JFK or Clinton not wearing anything below the waist, unless you count an actress or an intern something.

Im not sure, but if i was president i sure wouldnt wear pants unless absolutely necesary. i'd walk around in blue boxer briefs with little white stars on them, a redand white striped tie, and one of those american flag pattern top hats. Of course i'd be the most respected president ever.
