It's easy to see. Just log on to www.yahoo.com.sg, then u go into Yahoo! Answers. There is a choice on the bottom left side(can u see it?), click and u will see 2 choices - all Enlish questions and Singapore questions only.
Choose Singapore questions only. This will show all the users registered in Singapore (;
But if u want to see all English questions, u need to switch back.
How many? I'm afraid i cannot tell u also, but u can try and count.. It takes long long time
