I always feel like I am on the outside and looking in. It seems like everone I know is always having fun and doing things with there friends. I sit in my house and do nothing ALL the time. I dont go to the movies, or the beach or anything. It gets really boring. Everyone else is having fun but me, and I dont know what to do. Please help me. I am 15, and just live with my dad and brother.

That's what being fifteen is man. Sorry, but it sucks. My response to it when I was fifteen was to go out and get a job. That made all the difference for me and not just because I had the money to do things. When I started working, I started getting to know and make friends with people that weren't my own age and that made a huge difference in my life. I started to feel like an adult. I started to develop a new and better sense of humour. I was more open to talking to new people. Then of course the best thing was the women. In junior high I was never comfortable around girls well, because they were teenage girls. They are never good for anyone's self esteem. At work though, the nineteen and twenty year old women would tease me, and even flirt a bit. It was all in fun, but I learned a lot and again became more comfortable and open to people.
I'm telling you man, get a job. It will help your situation in more ways than you would think.

It's hard to be 15 and watch others doing all sorts of things. I wasn't even allowed to go out of the HOUSE until I was almost 19 years old if you can believe that. Why don't you see about getting yourself a part time job somewhere. It might be fun and give you a chance to make some money and meet people. Don't worry...you will get out there and be doing lots of stuff. Having a little money will do wonders for your self-esteem.
You should join some clubs like a tennis club or something you like to do. It's a great way to get involved and before long you will be a participant and not a by-stander. Hang in there. It will get better! Don't feel too bad lots of kids are in your shoes too.

You know being a 15 year old is tough. Can you talk to you dad, or another trusted adult?
I agree go out and find a job, or do some volunteering at a local shelter, community center etc. Sometimes when you make someone else's day you get the "warm fuzzies."
This is only a stage that you have to see through, and remember this too shall pass.
Best of luck to you!

Dont you worry, it is all part of growing up and its normal
For now, busy yourself with a lot of things, like learning new things, like driving, playing guitar or any musical intruments, read a lot. Play sports or body building perhaps.
You are young and you have a lot of potential.
Your future can be a lot of things
Everything you do now, can have an effect on your future
Good luck

Sounds like you are depressed. What's got you down?...maybe you need some new friends. Or maybe you're just a computer geek.
