u mean a conversation on a cellphone can be traced immediately and recorded?

Yes.
The Phone Co can record your conversation. Using its cell towers it can pin point your transmission to within a few feet of where you actually are. And yes even though you are on prepay you can find out who owns the phone.

yes. you'll hear static and or beeps for no reason. it also just sounds like a third party is listening. most likely you'll know when its tapped.
