A guilty conscience is a good thing to have, it keeps a person honest. What you need to know is that most people have these thoughts. It's just a fantasy honey, relax. As long as nothing comes of it, you have nothing to worry about. Just because you are married or committed to someone, doesn't necessarily mean you can't appreciate the good looks of another.

It's alright to have these thoughts in your head, after all we are all human beings with feelings and emotions. If you can control yourself, good for you. If you can't, just be prepared to face the consequences in the event of your other half finding out about it. How to overcome those sinful thoughts? Well, just hole yourself up at home and not meeting anyone of the opposite sex and you won't have those sinful thoughts in your mind! Haha...

such thoughts are in and from everyone...another word is fantasy?
have them and enjoy them in your mind of course. if it becomes uncontrollable, then you've to stop it and realise that in reality what are the circumstances.
its free and harmless as long as its just thoughts.
its not a sin as society has changed but if it harms anyone...it could be.
enjoy them and have the feelings thru "alternative ways" and if it still sin...just block them out of your mind.
will power and self discipline...

Should you fully fall in love with a woman or a man, this should not happen in your mind. Because you know that your love ones will not turn you off, should you make any type of request, whether sex or others. Unless, both of you are only partially love then I rest my case.

Negative thoughts can come in and out of your mind so long you are live. More important is that you do not entertain them. Just ask your thoughts to STOP, STOP, STOP and move on with your business, whenever this thought comes to you.
