my opinion:
unfortunately, there isn't a quick way, it'll take some time.
focus on yourself - do the things you always wanted to do, get new hobbies, reconnect with your friends, take a short vacation and get out of town, do things that will make you feel good about yourself. try not to jump into a serious relationship too soon.
if you google it, there's tons of stuff on the internet about this, read up maybe - it might give you new ideas that you might find really helpful.
hang in there, you're not alone. good luck.

A visit with Mr. Al K. Hall helps a bit. Dulls the nerves. Releases inhibitions. You can call her all sorts of names and then blame the booze. You can act like an idiot and blame the booze too. If you drink till you barf though, that's not cool, and neither is making a habit of it. One good drunk though, that helps.

It isn't fast, it takes time. But learn to love yourself, trust God, and take really, really good care of yourself, and you will and then some day you'll discover that it happened for a reason, and that reason will make you happier than you ever knew you could be. So hang in there. God Bless.

A one night stand. Really messes with your head. It's added rejection, but it's pleasurable.
