I can train with my sword some kendo kata or something like ...
( if i have enought space )
I can play with frends in multyplayer games , and create alot of new frends within the games.
I can create some programs , or at least ideas for new programs ..
I can run outside , the air nighttime is realy fresher than daytime ... ( well if it's reining - it's hard to be an option :) )
Maybe even a bit of meditation ...
I coud full wash-tub and spend rest of some hours in hot water :)
there is unlimited cout of possibilities ... it's up to us to choose one ...

Almost everyday on 3 AM I'm almost dying to have a 5 minu nap, so I don't feel anything other than my pure intensional feelings, and that's where my journey to the wondelands of songwriting begins...
Cigarrettes or Whiskey will screw that feeling...
