Well Its Under The Age Of Consent Laws Even If She Agreed To It So You Would Be In A Lot Of Trouble

first off its your life and you can do what you want...yeah you may be young but if you know what your getting into go for it just be safe about it dont be stupid.....so many people on here are going to tell you your too Young and you dont know what your doing...but hell i was 13 when i had sex and became a father...just be safe dont make yourself grow up faster then you have too ok.....even though my life is great now im still with that same person married with a great job and a house full of kids...but that happy ending doesn't always happen so just take care of yourself...and be safe..i have a son the same age as you and if he has sex all i ask of him is to use protection..and if he or anyone of my kids so happens to get pregnant or get someone pregnant so be it...stuff happens and life goes on...don't listen to anyone but yourself cause you know what is right and wrong...and maybe you should go talk to your parents about this as well...because just from reading what your wrote it sounds like you dont have an open relationship with your parents....its great have an open relationship with them...that's the way my kids and i are....hope things work out for you

Hes is guilty of statutory rape, regardless of the circumstances.

So I wouldn't go telling anyone, if I were you.

You really are much too young for this sort of thing. But if you must - then make sure you use protection.

Oh ok - if it's your kid - you should really encourage him not to do it. He's only a child. And the reality is that if the girl's parents pressed charges against him, he could potentially end up in a young offenders institute. It is considered, by law, to be rape - even if she was a willing partner.

if they are both 13 then the law cant do any thing but if the girl is under 13 then the boy can be accused of rape wether or not the girl consented because the law states she is too young to make her own mind. if theyre both 13 then its for the parents to decide their punishments! this is the law in the uk but as i dont know about anywhere else.

At 13 you should be thinking about something like football or video games not sex. What is going on with the young people today?

personally if two 13 year olds wanna do it then i say let them. how is it harming anyone else? too young to even know about sex? what? the idea of not having sex before a certain age, or before marriage, or before falling in love are all just society's and religion's ways of stopping people having fun

Why? Its not only illegal but no 13 year old has the maturity level that required love making. Hell most adults don't! Go play a sport. Its saver no STD in sport.

No matter how you slice it 13 is way to young. They are both children so nip this while you still can.

Legally? As both are minors all you can do is stop contact with each other and enlist the help of the other parents too.

Er dufus... Not to bright are you???

ie WHAT COUNTRY ARE YOU IN ?

AS ER DUH THEY HAVE DIFFERENT LAWS...

YOU DESERVE THAT FOR THE CRIME OF LACK OF RELAVANT DETAIL IN YOUR POST...

13 year olds should be at most first holdy hads kiss and date where a gift of a plastic bit of jewellery from a sweet is fantastic.

Sex at this age is a very bad idea... as on top of the serious legal implications they are in no way ready to handle all the serious elsements of STDs, emotions, relationships and predgnancy and stds etc.

The kids can't cope and the girl can have very seriou implications for her body giving birth and both lives get ruined if pregnancy occurs... But it does happen. Dont stick head in sand and pretend it wont.

Ie you are talking about the job level of the work experience kid here not a manager if that can make sense...

In the UK the age of consent is 16, for some looney tunes reasoning that defies biology in the US it appears to be 18, in somewhere like Holland its 14 BUT with causes such as its has to be staggered ie the person they are with has to be under 16 and the idea of the law is to protect kids by not seeing them jailed for early making out...

There they invest far more into sexaul development and education with teaching throughout all subjects where there is relavance and ages.

Its a very involved pro active society and community level approach and its rare despite the age limit for anyone to do it that age as a result.

Would I consider the kids immoral or wicked NO. Would I be worried about them yes... its like they are handling tool they are too young to handle and that could hurt them and its the responsibility of those around to see it does not happen . But whilst saying that the act in itself is not bad its just if done now is likely to hurt them bad.

However the adults have to take a realistic and responsible approach that they may not like and thats to acknowledge that they can't control things and that if there is a probablity that sex is likly to occur pre empt it by seeing that the girl takes a contraception injection which lasts months as you can't trust someone that age with condoms or even to take the pill on time. And the Grown up has to prioritise that dangwer first and then secondly discourage them from doing it.

Much like if you think your kid will get a motor bike first you pay for the saftey gear as said kid will ride anyway.

Then push him to get lessons and maybe wait second...

Likewise put the life jackets on board secretly if necessary as the kids taking a boat out will be to young to think about it.

Then once a safety net is in place concentrate on the rest...

They WILL have sex ideally not that soon..

We are only talking about 3 years difference but that makes a lot of difference.

The boy unfortunely cops it more and can be on a sex offenders registry... Even if the girl pulled him... It dumb things like that the dutch made their legal system address.

That to me is stupid... Its like hacking off a kids leg as he did something dangerous to protect kids.

But we aint in control of the law... Morons who base their decisions of the votes of a bunch of nutters who base their ethics on invisible cloud walking magic beings are.

Hence the problem...

The dutch think with brains and reason hence statistics like

http://www.advocatesforyouth.org/publications/factsheet/fsest.htm

Says it all really... Those I support are sooooooo much better according to the stats
